Gen 1, box with locks. Get the code; open the lock, get the code, open the next lock. Kind of outdated - their other rooms are much better. There also was absolutely no story… just a theme. Were you a detective? Were you trapped? What was the point… the end you just…leave the room. It felt off. Why were you even there? We asked ourselves… The set and theme went together which was nice, but a story would have gotten this room an ok rating. Another design flaw was that the puzzles were weak, and completely detached from the theme, including one puzzle that requires knowledge of an unrelated pop culture reference - which is a faux pas for an escape room (all things and knowledge to solve a puzzle should be part of the room). Another puzzle was so obvious it was written in front of your face in a “here you go, here’s the answer” where as we stared at it for 5 minutes trying to solve it. Thinking too hard here will get you lost. I still had a lot of fun, props worked and wasn’t broken, awesome staff… their other rooms are also great. This one was just a flop imo and needs to retire… compared to what escape rooms are like these days. I say this because don’t judge this company by this one room try their other ones! They’re very good!!

The rooms didn’t have much plot, more of a theme. The objective of the game wasn’t clear from the intro or the room- you’re not solving a mystery, you’re working through puzzles to get a final key. The game worked well but the puzzles seemed very disconnected. There were 1-2 unique puzzles, but even with only 2 people, we escaped with 15 minutes to spare. If this is your first room, I think it would be enjoyable, but to escape room enthusiasts, I can’t recommend it.
There wasn’t really a story line, just a theme. The overall objective of the game wasn’t clear from the I to or the puzzles.
The room for the theme well, but nothing too impressive
Everyone was very kind but the GM was pretty shy and quiet. He gave the clues we needed when we asked, but as for the overall experience, we felt the GM was lacking the excitement and energy that we’re used to from GMs.
No
There wasn’t really a plot. There was a story for the intro and then the clues/puzzles were more “plug and chug” than integrated into the story.
Easy
Some of the puzzles seemed to rely on the GM to connect the dots- they were either really obvious or very obscure.
Mechanical
A couple of jump scares

Talk about being immersed. This room make you excited to play the minute they open the door. The puzzles are fun and make you think. The rooms music keeps it creepy the whole time and my heart rate was up the entire time. I totally recommend this room.
