Excellent escape room! There were a number of fun puzzles in the room, which is completely immersive. All puzzles support the overall theme. This felt like somewhat of a beginner room as we were able to complete it with no hints and a good amount of time remaining with 3 players. Overall, a lot of fun.
Gameplay
Flowed very well. Enjoyable puzzles that supported the overall goal of the room.
Atmosphere
Great (but simple) set with a few fun surprises. All of the puzzles supported the ultimate goal.
Customer service
Excellent. Professional and enthusiastic about their product. So welcoming we played another game immediately after this (a third room, unfortunately, was not available because they were so busy on a Saturday -- that says something good too).

This game would definitely be fun for younger kids because of the theme and goal. The puzzles were a little on the simpler side so younger kids could get them and move pieces around appropriately.

There were two levels to the game with stairs to move from the lower level to the upper level. A little dark, but not as dark as some.
