Overall a fun room with a slightly different take on finding the relic in the tomb with a Wild West start. Puzzles were interactive and very hands on (literally lol) rather than lots of reading and thinking. No logical leaps needed though it wasn’t always obvious. We had a lot of fun but it wasn’t our favorite room here.
Quite immersive and it was never ending in a good way

Lots of open spaces but there is a step. No excessively dark areas. No color puzzles.

This room is sublimely decorated at the very start. The Haberdashery looks right out of a movie set. Large scale puzzles were very satisfying to solve.

One locked door was standing open. We pushed it shut ourselves so we could "unlock" it properly.

The room design and tech were on par with other escape rooms. It felt like some puzzles had red herrings, but we worked through them quickly enough. The main highlight for me was the staff. Nancy, the owner, was kind enough to work with me on certain adjustments for a marriage proposal. Needless to say, between her and our GM Dannie, I was able to pop the question without a hitch. They even set up a congratulations banner for us!
We struggled with the first room, but the rest flowed excellently.
The tech on display was pretty good, with plenty of surprise doors. The sound effects were also a nice touch.
I needed to make arrangements for a special event, and I was able to get in touch with the owner. She was very accommodating, and our GM Dannie was very helpful through the experience. The staff really made the difference, resulting in an unforgettable experience.

The room had enough puzzles to keep two pairs engaged in solving things. I could see maybe three people pulling it off, but any fewer would be difficult.

This room was very well themed and had a good story line. The puzzles were not too challenging but there was plenty to do for our group of 5.
Puzzles flowed well. Non linear game play.
Fairly immersive design. Doors from one room to the next were well hidden.
Catherine was very nice.

We traveled an hour to play and were severely disappointed by the room. There is no indication of where to start, first off. I’m normally totally fine with this if it’s a non linear room, however, this wasn’t that. After they clearly tell us not to use excessive force in the room, you then have to pull somewhat decently to get things off the wall to use for the first puzzle. This caused us to use a lot of time since we try not to ask for too much help (I’m not above clues, but I shouldn’t be using a clue for that). Some of the technology didn’t function correctly either. All in all, I couldn’t even enjoy the design of the room, which was beautiful, because the puzzles were infuriating. The design was beautiful, but some of the props, mainly the technology, didn’t function well/properly. This was a time consuming puzzle and for it not to work caused a lot of time to be wasted. Staff was nice but did absolutely nothing when we told them we didn’t enjoy the room. Seemed like they just wanted us out as quickly as possible. We weren’t asking for anything, by the way, but it would’ve been nice to pass on some frustrations with the company so they could potentially do something about it. I really wanted to like this room, but there’s no way.

I enjoyed the experience of the room. However, none of the puzzles felt overwhelmingly hard. The story itself was also slightly confusing, but the rooms were well themed.

It had a lot of traditional locks and physical puzzles. There were some high tech things that were sensor based but most of the puzzles were physically pushing buttons or unlocking boxes.

There were some areas that were a bit tight and may have been difficult for people with mobility issues. There was also one key puzzle that relied on being able to verbally communicate which could be an issue for those who are hard of hearing.
