The whole experience was bad. The story didn’t make sense, everything was broken and half working. Missing things you needed to solve. Just bad.

With a few escape rooms under our belt, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst escape rooms we have ever done. I struggle to be so definitive, but truthfully way too many of the puzzles were broken, and those that weren’t broken, didn’t make a lot of sense. Some things were held together with duct tape. There was virtually no storyline. At one point we wanted to just stop playing and walk out which was an unfortunate first for us. Operator acknowledged there were issues but was not in any way apologetic or accommodating. I can’t say I recommend it and honestly won’t be trying any of their other rooms.

Good concept and room atmosphere. Worry that several puzzles need tweaked so that they function properly and open. Also worry that some of the props that are not used to solve puzzles will get broken quite easily. Liked the room and sorry line. Just needs a few tweaks to make sustainable.

Brand new game and most likely needs some tweaks. Some of the puzzles did not make sense even after solved - two or three of them were frustrating. I would alter a few of the games, which affected the fun and flow. One of the puzzles required the game master to have to come and open. There were also 2-3 puzzles that required bending/crawling. Location is good, staff was friendly…a few small tweaks and would likely increase fun factor significantly.
