You have stumbled upon an eerie cabin in an enchanted forest while foraging for food. The Village Elders have told stories about Halvar, the village’s bravest Knight warrior who disappeared last year while seeking out an evil witch who had cursed or killed many of your people. You discover that the evil witch turned Halvar into stone, and if you work quickly, you can create a magic elixir and transform Halvar back before it’s too late!

We were on the fence about this room. It has several features that we saw in other rooms and we felt like they tried to copy ideas but didn't manage to pull it off. The game wasn't very challenging by its design or concept. Because it was a witch room we kind of expected something a little more but understand its hard to not become a haunted house type room and still be an escape room with puzzles to solve.

The room was fun and very well themed, like all rooms at Lara's Labyrinth, though it never felt particularly challenging. The inclusion of puppets was something I hadn't seen before and if you're the type of person that can suspend your disbelief, let go, and just have fun, it can be fun interacting with them; the option for a fun or scary ending is nice as as I do think this room would be fun for a large group of children who might be put off by something too scary.
The room flowed well, but I do think it could do with a little more challenge
The atmosphere, set design, and props were top notch, Lara's Labyrinth escapes always feel like I'm on a movie set.
Staff was great, we had two GM's who asked if we wanted a more kid friendly experience or if we were okay with some adult humor, both did a great job.

Our game master was fun and friendly. However, I feel as if it’s best for beginners. More advanced players may not like the format.

I had so much fun in this escape room! It's not your conventional escape room though. There is a live actor in the form of a puppet who will be in the room and that is sort of your ... hint system. It was very fun, but I gotta admit ... it wasn't really my cup of tea. BUT still 10/10 for set design, acting, theme, and costumes! 🪄

it was fun but i didn’t feel like was playing an escape room. the live actor elements were needed to escape and it wasn’t much of a solve something room instead of just yap and use that info. still fun and immersive but not your typical escape room.

It was cool but Gm was a lil creepy tbh made it all sexual and awkward at times. He’s like a creepy old dude you’d meet in line at a rollercoaster who thinks he’s being funny but is making everyone cringe. Besides that the set was cool and it was fun. Group of 9 was too big I think it would be better with a different gm and a smaller squad like 4-5 max.
