63 escape rooms
So D&B allows you to experience both rooms with a break in between (snacks and beverages provided). The first room, The Basement 2.0 was fun. Very spooky vibe. The live actor was great and served as a helpful character (maybe at times too helpful). For the most part, straight forward puzzles. Got a little tripped up on some hide and seek type things, but once we found the things we were looking for, it became pretty clear. The second room, The Study, was also really fun. Aside from, again, finding a hidden element, we didn’t really have a problem getting through the room. The live actor in this room was much more subtle with the hints and nudges. Overall, I enjoyed both experiences and loved the overall experience. I did find the Basement to be the harder of the two. The only real negative I have is that they both felt short (the Study felt very short). Other than that, a great game. Don’t let the theme or live actors scare you off. If you can handle a jump scare or two, everything will be fine.
