We recently played two games back to back at this location and both were of absolutely stellar quality. All items in the rooms were in working order and very unique and thoughtfully used. There were so many clever touches, and the puzzles/actions required were well tailored to the room themes. Each room had "OMG!" moments and things that impressed us (the map in Dragon's Keep and one entire room in Witchcraft Alley.) Our game guide Brian was friendly and helpful, providing us hints when we needed them and allowing us to figure things out if he knew we were on the right track. I appreciate that he took the time to learn our game style/preference before starting. These games were of tremendous quality and value. (We paid more for a game at another place that had at least four missing/broken puzzles) and we are very much looking forward to returning and playing some more!
From the first to the last, every puzzle and task was a joy.
Immersive is an understatement.

This room is a blast! The entire experience as a whole was so, so fun. I'm not the biggest Harry Potter fan, but even if you aren't, you'll still have a great time with this room.
Very unique puzzles. You get to 'cast spells' as part of unlocking/obtaining certain collectibles throughout the game. It does take a bit to figure out where to start with your spell casting, but it flows much better once you're in the flow of it.
Very immersive and amazing set design! The props were perfect, and the special effects weren't reliant on electronics (which would have made it feel pretty gimmicky). Embracing practical effects was perfect for this room.
GM's where lovely!

No traditional locks here! You unlock by waving your wand and interacting with the props and environment around you. You'll get to meet Panini! (If you know, you know :) )
Felt like a level in a HP video game, honestly!

Some puzzles were easy to pick up on, but I'd say it's more moderate in overall difficulty.

Can be done with two, may be easier with up to four.

Absolutely amazing! AJ and Tylyn were super friendly and the room itself added even more to our experience! The room itself had so many fun Easter eggs for Harry Potter fans and a lot of fun puzzles! They even let us take a peek into the other rooms and they look JUST as good! Canβt wait to come back!

I really enjoyed this room. It does follow the story line of a certain boy wizard but I thought the props and puzzles were unique. The game masters were very welcoming. We did have an issue with one of the puzzles not setting but it was fine. Overall I really enjoyed this room. I would recommend 5-6 players.
More of a unique room without traditional locks and combinations.
Loved the props

Fantastic room with many magical twists and turns! Our group solved the room a lot faster than any of us expected, but we all had a fantastic time. Thanks Finn for being an incredibly attentive and welcoming GM!

Very few traditional locks; most puzzles are solved by triggering high-tech events in the room.

All of the major effects worked. There were a couple of small things that required manual intervention, but it did not hinder the experience in any way.

The room has very clear alternative access points for parts that would otherwise be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility issues.

This room was SUPER cool! I thought it'd be hokey with the off-brand Harry Potter thing but they made it super immersive and fun! And the sheer NUMBER of puzzles was fun while still having consistent mechanics!

This was one I did with another group and they were not super helpful. Luckily the game master gave us extra time as they did not have a group after us and we were able to make up for the difficulty of working with the others. It was a really cool room and any Harry Potter fan would totally love it!
