Really immersive and fun experience! We had a group of 2. There are many elaborate props and original puzzle designs. Fans of "the series" should get an extra kick out of it, but my husband was not familiar with it and still loved the room. The game master was enthusiastic and attentive, and jumped in a few times when weren't doing a physical puzzle quite right but had the right idea.

It flowed well and solving the puzzles was satisfying and fun.

Excellent props and special effects.

A room that isn’t too flashy, but is just really good at what it does. It feels cozy, and is a room I honestly want to do again and again. Even knowing answers to the puzzles, I kind of just want to hang out in this room.

Gameplay

The puzzles feel very different and dynamic, and so many that you’d never expect to see in an escape room!

Atmosphere

It’s not the flashiest of rooms, but it is comprehensive in its atmosphere. Almost cozy, to a degree.

Customer service

We ended up doing all 4 rooms this day, and our GMs were all awesome!

We recently played two games back to back at this location and both were of absolutely stellar quality. All items in the rooms were in working order and very unique and thoughtfully used. There were so many clever touches, and the puzzles/actions required were well tailored to the room themes. Each room had "OMG!" moments and things that impressed us (the map in Dragon's Keep and one entire room in Witchcraft Alley.) Our game guide Brian was friendly and helpful, providing us hints when we needed them and allowing us to figure things out if he knew we were on the right track. I appreciate that he took the time to learn our game style/preference before starting. These games were of tremendous quality and value. (We paid more for a game at another place that had at least four missing/broken puzzles) and we are very much looking forward to returning and playing some more!

Very fun room! Loved the aesthitics and unique ways to unlock your next sections and needed items (no traditional locks involved).

I know nothing of what being inside of a castle feels like, but it sure felt like we were in one.

One of my favorite rooms for sure. Set design was in depth and so awesome. Variety of interactive things to do and a lot of puzzles that unlock things for the next one making for great flow and feeling of accomplishment along the way. Variety of word, visual and logic puzzles with some slight physical action as well.

Gameplay

Flowed perfectly from puzzle to puzzle, always knew at least what you should be working on even if you weren’t sure on all the details.

Atmosphere

Love the variety of things, all the manual opens and different interactions

Cherith was amazing! They gave perfect clues when we were running out of time , so friendly and answered questions after. Another great night at Trapped!
