I was on edge the whole time! The final “puzzle” was infuriating, but other than that it was so well done!

Absolutely terrible. Punishes you for asking for hints. Not intuitive what so ever. Only one employee in the entire building and appeared to be around 14.

It’s a harder room, but I love the spooky element of it! The props in the room are great! Definitely plenty of hands on puzzles that make you feel the element of the room! Dislike the time docked for clues.., but meh.

They penalize you 5 minutes if you ask for a hint. They literally take away 5 minutes of playing time! We were stuck on a task, GM gave us advice which turned out to be wrong, costing us even more time. He finally came in and solved it for us, but refused to add any time to our clock when he had cost us over 5 minutes with his bad instructions. The last room requires crawling, and there is no option to walk around, so half our team could not enter it, making it more difficult for the others to solve multiple puzzles.

Made it to last puzzle of the room which was ridiculously hard. Knew exactly how to solve for it and had enough people but the individual task was timed and no way to finish in time allotted. We ran it about 15 times before our 60 min expired. It’s a new room (opened last week) so we suggested they should allow for more time to complete the task. GM was kind and said they would share the feedback.
