Flushed

Much better than the Breakout Philippines escape room we tried, which felt more like a Gen 1 escape room with bad set clues and too much linear paper puzzles (in the dark too!) This one, Flushed, sounds like a silly theme but it's actually a gritty set design that feels cramped at first but uses it's space (genuine toilet stalls) really well and then opens up. Lots of actual good puzzle design and plenty for multiple people to work on. It's a lot to do in 45 min though and if you're late (don't forget the time to fill out the waiver) you lose that time.

The story matches well with the decor of the room, and you feel compelled to progress the story. There is flow, and some parts are frustrating puzzles that you kick yourself when you finally solve it. The best kind of puzzle in my opinion. They make use of the room quite well, and feels larger than what it really is.

Nice concept and the room was set up to match the theme. There were well thought out puzzles and some that were slightly dubious but overall the gameplay in this room was good. It made use of all the space although some of this meant running backwards and forwards to find pieces of the puzzles. It maybe wasted a little time. Probably the best room in this location.
