Hijinx at Joffre Manor

What a fun an entertaining room! I love that it is a classic "who done it" complete with everything you would expect. The themeing was excellent and it is definitely bigger on the inside. There are amazing surprises around every corner. There is some climbing involved, so make sure at least someone is comfortable doing that. Space well used, tech and variety of locks well used. The twists are extra fun! We will be back for sure!

Worth the $50!! Holy cow!! What an amazing escape room, it used every square inch of its space. There were of course regular number & code locks but the rest of the puzzles were so unique and fun! A lot I had never seen before. I highly recommend this room. Our GM was Kaylee aka Dipper's mom. They were super nice and their new puppy was an added bonus to the amazingness of the room. Love love love Hijinx!!

Zoinks, Scoob! What a solid, interactive escape room we just escaped and solved! I think we deserve a Scooby snack! This escape room was SO much fun! I cannot say enough about Hijinx at Joffre Manor! It is Scooby-Doo/Mystery Machine themed, and they did a strong job with the theming, game play, and set design while engaging in storytelling. There were so many Aha Moments, different Levels throughout this room, the puzzles made sense and flowed well with each other, and this was a fun Who Dunnit themed. From the moment you step into the room and escape, you step into the world of Scooby-Doo and your mission to solve the mystery! From the props, the furniture, the set design, it was truly IMMACULATE! This room can hold up to 10 players, and we had a group of 7. I would recommend a group of 4 so that everyone has equal engagement and interaction, but a group of 6 would work too so that you can interact with the set design and take your time on puzzles. Overall, definitely a fun and interactive room! Adults and kids alike would enjoy this room and all that it has to offer!

Great set design, decent puzzles, but on the easy side. We didn’t rush at all and tried to stick together the whole time as a team of 3 enthusiasts, and we still sadly made it onto the leaderboard with over 20 mins left on the clock. There just weren’t enough puzzles to keep us busy for 60 mins. But if you’re a beginner or have kids in your group, this would be a fun room. There are a lot of small tight spaces, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 3 people in this room max. Pro Tip: Ask for an extra flashlight at the start. (We strongly dislike forced darkness in escape rooms.)

Super cute and fun room! So many unexpected parts of the room which kept it so cool and interesting. The puzzles weren’t super hard we only ended up getting 2ish hints. Set design was also so cool! So many cool concepts i’ve never seen before. From beginning to end it felt like we were really immersed in the experience even before the actual game started. The ending was also quite interesting and not necessarily a typical “escape” it feels like you a truly solving a mystery! Would definitely recommend this room to everyone.

Amazing room! Did this room with 5 people, which was a perfect amount, its non linear room. I would recommend at least 3. Amazing decor, Amazing story, great puzzles, and cool things i haven't seen in other rooms. Definitely scooby doo vibes. Would put in my top 5 as of now. Would put this as a must do room!

I’ve done lost of rooms this Was the best I’ve done by far!

100% would recommend this room to everyone. This was a beautiful hidden gem within Mission Viejo. There is so much to love about this room!
