Trapped in '88

The game master was SO nice and just as helpful as was needed. The room flows well and it was a pretty intuitive room. Nothing super exciting or new but a good room

This room was sooooo nostalgic!!! It incorporated all of the 80 themes well, movies, famous actors of the time, music and memorabilia!!! The game play was linear but still fun!! Heavy with locks but still a good challenge. Super fun!! Be sure to do trapped in 99 as the follow up room!

Fanatic room. Super novel!

It is very well designed, while it is small because it is just one room. But puzzles flow smoothly.

Very well themed…kept singing while solving puzzles. Pretty basic and good for newbies or those who loved the 80s!

This is a pretty basic escape room with a fun throwback theme. Everything worked as it should. Price point was fair. With five people in one space and a linear game timeline, we actually ended up ahead of one of the clues and guessed the answer based on our own experience of the 80s… It’s nothing particularly special and the puzzles are pretty simple. But if you want to solve some silly puzzles and uncover some 80s teen drama, this one’s for you.

My sister and I have fun with this room. Everything matched in theme and felt like a 1980s bedroom. We escaped without using any clues so it might be one of the easier rooms at this place. I’ll still recommend this room and place if you’re in the Poconos and want to do an escape room.

Our group was laughing at all the 80s references and were flat out singing and dancing while solving puzzles.
