So many issues like others have said. Too much reliance on a black light, and you are only given one. All of the puzzles make no sense without some kind of nudge. The GM would come on and give a clue for something we had already solved, which made us think they weren’t paying attention. This location seems to want you to fail, and my guess is because they want you to come back and do it again. We really enjoyed the first room we did here, but the GM for the second room was really bad, and this one was nice but wasn’t paying attention. It’s a shame really.
