Overall really cool! I love haunt environments and this ticked off many of my favorite qualities of them. It was so immersive, it felt like it was made with love, and the experience from entering to leaving the premises felt a lot cooler than most escape rooms I’ve been to.
Gameplay
HARD. But really neat. Despite needing help a lot, the reveals were incredibly satisfying even if not necessarily earned by skill.
Atmosphere
The room was nothing if not immersive to the fullest extent. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were really inside a haunted house. The music, the sound effects, the props, and the decorations were pretty top notch.
Customer service
We called prior to and asked about the level of scariness for all the rooms. The person we spoke with gave us the best advice about which rooms to pick for different vibes. GM was super sweet. Very helpful without giving anything away too easily when we asked for help. Modified the horror level for us a bit. And was a good conversationalist before the room.

I won’t give too much away, but the hint system was cool.
Story
Standard overall. Nothing novel. Honestly, it felt less like we were paranormal investigators and more that we had wandered into a house and spooky things began occurring.
Difficulty
Hard
We escaped but with liberally acquired hints. Things are uber difficult to miss and nearly impossible to notice if you aren’t scrutinizing most nooks and crannies.

Hard to say. It was just two of us and the room is small (and hot). But we may have benefited from more eyes.

Spooky
Atmosphere is creepy and some sound effects are sudden. BUT if you ask them to modify the horror level, they will do this for you (at least they did with us).

One puzzle was unfortunately jammed. But in the best manner that didn’t ruin the immersion, our GM guided us through it. But it was frustrating when we had it right but kept doubting ourselves when nothing was happening.
