EXIT: The Game - The Cemetery of the Knight

Definitely on the upper half in my rankings of Exit escape games! Really had fun with the puzzles in this one. Some nice tricks - somehow Exit fooled us again with its 4th wall breaking, in a good way! It even feels more fair and is very signposted, literally!And there were only a couple duds in puzzle design. Enjoyed the theming and how the solutions connected to it. Not sure how Thames and Kosmos keep churning these out without repeating ideas, but glad they’re doing such a good job, especially with Cemetery of the Knight!

The Exit Game delivers on so many levels. 1) Inexpensive for large groups 2) High Quality games 3) High Quality props 4) flexible to your schedule 5) Family friendly 6) well calculated difficulty levels There’s even a hint/scoring system that reduces your score by time and number of hints that really keeps you honest.

This was the first EXIT: The Game that I played, and it got me hooked on the series. All the games have a clever system that lets you know if you completed puzzles correctly and helps you progress through the story. There was only one puzzle that made us roll our eyes, which seems like good odds considering how many puzzles were included. It really makes you think outside the box! 😉
