A Kalapos [The Hatter]

Same as Alice. Only looks good. But has a total 5-6 dexterity puzzles thats all. But the new Zombies game is not here yet. Worst experience ever. Rude staff. Not working games. We went to the Zombie game. They disturbed me before the appointment so they can go home earlier. One negative. Then we arrived a little late, 4 minutes, which was mentioned SEVERAL TIMES, way to treat people. AFTER PAYING, we have been told one safe is not working in the game, and if we have the code we should tell them and they tell us to open the safes - nooo way for you to tell when to do that of course.. and since we played all other games no chance to swap... so we decided its okay. The very first room is an intro video. We didnt see any video, only sounds. Told the gamemasters its black, they told meye its supposed to be black and white. But... it was pitch black, so we asked them to reset the video. We have been told its 15-20minutes to reset the intro video do we really want to wait that... well for this price yes... it was a slice from Brad Pitts zombie movie... copyright helo? After that 15 minutes we finally begun, but after thr reset our gms VILMOS and GYÖNGYI, didnt bother to check if the system is properly up, so we accidentally clicked the "Yes" in the PC, the shutdown prompt was showing, later Vilmos told us its a video in the backgorund when we enter, but we shut it down, basically blamed it on us. That video was never there. He also told us there was a flappy bird game on it, but he just rather told us the code instead of taking responsibility for missing out a double check. The cherry on top was the screw in the last room, my groupmate leaned into a screw on the table, it was layed there pointing up. After the game we of course cpmplained a out these and got blamed for everything. We were told again we were 4 minutes late AND WE ASKED FOR A RESET WHEN THE INTRO DIDNT WORK. We were blamed for the shutdown prompt, when i think its obvious no PC should start with the shutdown prompt... Once again, the gms are just rude, doesnt care about you. Escape rooms used to be an entertainment facility with proper staff, now its just lifebored people who never heard about hospitality, at least here

Decor is good. The puzzles are significantly better than in the Alice though, so thats an upgrade. Host are still just some girls having fun there.
