This game was perfect for beginners and those who enjoy this theme. Several puzzles didn’t flow and struggled with design, but there were some fun components. This room has a lot of potential.

Staff made it fun, the various rooms and puzzles made it feel very adventurous and the amount of puzzles and complexity were very rewarding.

The codes and puzzles didn’t make sense. Some of the puzzles didn’t work.
Atmosphere
Nice people that do not know about the games. When asking questions about the puzzles they did not know the answer or danced around telling us. Some of the things did not work and had to know outside information. And you could not play a video over again.
Customer service
They were nice but needed more training. They danced around the answer to the questions.
