Phantom Files: The Investigation Of Lockturne Manor

Phantom Files is unreal. Truly wow. No notes. Every single puzzle was incredible, with multiple moments that felt completely new to us or used familiar mechanics in ways we’ve never seen before. The effects in this room are amazing and the lore is on another level. Everything ties together so seamlessly and keeps you fully immersed from start to finish. Jake took this experience and made it 50x better. He is an elite game master and absolutely elevates the room from great to unforgettable. This is hands down the best escape room we’ve ever done. Bring your family, bring your friends, bring everyone. This is a must-do experience. I just wish it was longer so we could have experienced it even more as we flew through in 65 min TEV room ranking so far: 1.) Phantom Files 2.) Operation Treehouse 3.) Neighborhood Watcher 4.) Every room left us feeling fulfilled and genuinely happy we played, which really speaks to the quality and care put into all of their experiences.

This room was FEEL GOOD FUN! Loved our GM she went all out! Scooby doo spookey was the perfect description. The puzzles were perfectly aligned and the set design was amazing! Loved the ending. Good fun all around

I’d describe this room as “charmingly spooky,” and would be a great one for groups with kids. For an experienced group, there’s definitely not enough content to warrant a 90 minute length. Maybe 75 minutes at best. We finished in about 60, and would have loved to explore more of this house! There’s some very whimsical tech elements that come into play, and the puzzles here are the most unusual and creative of this Escape Ventures location.

Amazing place and the hosts were out standing for both games that day We had a group of 4 and everyone had a blast and everyone had some something to do throughout both games

Jake was an amazing game master! The set decor was absolute eye candy. The puzzles were unique and incredibly fun to play. I would highly recommend this game. If you have children, they can change it to where it is not as spooky.

We did all the rooms at this location, the puzzles are not super hard so we actually escaped them all with limited or no hints BUT the sets are incredible a lot of care and upkeep goes into these rooms. Every staff member was fantastic - Jake Blake and Hayley were our GMs, all got into character and had us spooked or belly laughing These rooms are a must for enthusiasts we will be traveling to their Orlando locations for more. The flow of the rooms makes sense and despite having tons of plays nothing was worn down. These rooms are highly ranked for a reason and you feel immersed, down to sounds and smells.

This was an incredible room from the atmosphere, quality of the set design, to the incorporation of a live actor throughout parts of the experience. This really wasn’t something we had experienced before and we can see why it’s so highly rated! It really felt like we were ghost hunters. Our favourite part would be the start where there was a clear flow of logic behind each puzzle, and everything was connected. The latter part seemed to lack this flow, with a bigger room and a bunch of random locks to attend to—there wasn’t a clear connection between the answer to the puzzle and its corresponding lock (you had to just kinda assume). But the theming was so strong throughout the whole experience, even before you step through to the initial room. Just a lot of cool parts throughout, that will stick with us for a long time. One of them being the theme song.

Upbeat ghost hunting story with a great series of rooms and fun puzzles. Included a live actor and awesome theme song! The puzzles were challenging and a good mix of high tech with classic locks. GM was fantastic!
