The Purrfect Crime

Cute but not super engaging. Definitely great for kids or families. It was hand hold-y like their Pasta-way game. Having to stop for audio cues and clues was frustrating as someone who wants to get straight to the puzzles!

This was a fun but easy room. There was a part of the room that was broken, but we were told ahead of time and the room was adjusted to skip past that without affecting gameplay. Took my daughter for a cat themed birthday, but had to play another room that day because it was too easy.

So unique!!! Amazing technology in this room!

Puuuurfect for cat lovers. I will say this room is very unique and unlike any we have played before. I do not want to spoil anything but some of the constant "interaction" got a tad bit lengthy. Good solid game for folks who maybe have younger players with them. I can see younger players really loving this room especially if they like cats.

Our game master was Abby!! Great to work with and kept us in line when we were dumb.

If you like cats, do this room. No question. 😻 It has a lot of world-class delightful and whimsical voice acting. Its presentation could be improved by having another set of speakers—as it is, you have to step between sections for the clearest audio—but it's easy to understand. Slate, our GM, was very friendly and did an awesome job!

Slate was amazing!! This room is hard because it’s so cute you want to get distracted, but it’s a cool, fun, unique room. I love this style, it’s so cool to have such a story based room. The GMs here are always super attentive and helpful, and with this one we asked for little/no help in advance so we didn't get the usual nudges, which we loved. The room was just the right amount of challenging, it was still pretty easy, but it was fun and all the puzzles flowed. We did skip a part, but Slate was on it, he noticed as soon as we did and fixed it for us so we didn't waste any time. This is a must for any cat lovers, it's adorable and fun and super unique with the lack of locks.

This room gets Purrfect marks for its theming alone! The cute cat plushies and voiced suspects made this such a fun and unique kitty kaper! It was like being in a Purrlock Holmes whodunit meowstery! There are very clever cat-themed puzzles that utilize logic and evidence. The forensic tools help to solve the final mystery and find the cat culprit. There are one too many listening puzzles that slowed things down and were annoying to figure out. Also, a laser puzzle didn’t work for us. Although this is advertised as high-tech room, it really just means there are no mechanical locks. The tech isn’t the best, though the animated kittens are adorable! Meowstery solved! Case closed cat!
