Escape Room 13 does an excellent job and is well worth a stop when in or near Eureka Springs, AR. The puzzles were all interesting and supported the theme of the room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, since Eureka Springs is a tourist town they don't change their rooms out very often. However, they are preparing to do a "refresh" of this room shortly and said it would be worth it to return afterward to play it again. It was a fun and immersive room. We definitely plan on returning after the refresh.
The room followed the theme requiring us to discover some unique information about a bank heist in the town. The room was immersive and matched the theme. There was a short part at the beginning and end that facilitated our travel through time back to, and then back from, when the heist occurred. It didn't add anything to the scenario but also didn't interrupt the flow.
The game was fully immersive and the room supported the story very well. There were some really fun puzzles throughout the room. They spanned from basic puzzles to items that were a little more high tech.
The staff was excellent, enthusiastic and welcoming. They have a unique (funny) way of requesting hints (although we didn't require any).
No
Nothing innovative or different from what we've seen but still fun.
The objective was clear throughout the game. The puzzles, sets and props fully supported the storyline.
Medium
We were able to complete the game without any clues. However, the puzzles were still challenging and there were a good amount of them.
Mechanical
Mostly mechanical but there were some puzzles that were enabled by tech. The room has a good mix, especially for something as straightforward as solving a bank robbery. A lot of fun.

We completed this room with 2 players in plenty of time but a couple of more heads would have been helpful. Two worked.

The downtown location required paid parking nearby, with an easy-to-use app.

An enjoyable room for sure. The room was immersive and everything looked and felt right for the theme. The game was linear in approach, making it easier, but still very fun!
No
Typical linear game, but very enjoyable.

This room was fine. It definitely felt at times like they were trying too hard. Some of the puzzles were cool, but others definitely felt like it was random what you had to do. Not a bad experience by any means but not the best Iβve ever done.

You have to crawl - not good for people with mobility issues. Also not accessible for color blind individuals

This room was just fine. Had some cool puzzles but the flow was pretty slow. Lots of unnecessary setup. If youβre setting it up in the 20s, I donβt need a time machine to set the scene. It added nothing to the room and was just confusing. Otherwise the theming was cool.
Kind of slow but some fun puzzles
Thought the need to have us time travel as part of the setup was a bit unnecessary.
