The Cadavera family regrets to inform you that the exceptional visit of the... //GLITCH// January 6 1938, I have been alone in the manor since the start of winter. There is a gloom about this place that keeps me up even in the dark of the night. According to my research, it seems the manor was constructed on sacred ground, a possible source of dark magic, a forbidden art that may be at the root of the Cadavera family's wealth. The manor itself seems to have functioned as a sanctuary for a cult named Opus Luminum. It was within the torturous corridors of the north wing that I found a most unusual office. During my nightly rounds, I can hear screams that chill my blood. I believe they come from Celeste, a former butler, who supposedly left to live on a farm, but if rumor is to be believed, actually perished in this dismal room of which I am currently obsessed. Access to this room is categorically forbidden to the butlers, yet my sleepless nights drive me to defiance of this interdiction. I hope I can resist the call...

Older game but it has so few locks that you wouldn’t think it. Definitely has a unique gameplay and interactions with the game master I’ve never seen. I love the vibe and the floor layout (it sounds strange but you’ll understand). Thanks to our very sweet game master and I’ll definitely be back for more!

This experience was special. The room was solid but the actor and the interaction with the actor was special. The room and puzzles alone are as expected. A bit dark, so don't forget your glasses like I did. After so many rooms under our belt I still think this room will be memorable. 8.3/10

Don't skip this one. I did 42 games in Montréal / Québec and this was easily top 5 for me. It had the best acting of any game I played and the funniest "game-y-ist" actor interaction. Prioritize it!

After nearly 100 escape rooms, this room had an element - actually, TWO elements - to it that we've never seen before. Super unique and really cool. The GMs are in character basically from the moment you walk through the door to when you leave, which is another great touch. The puzzles were nothing ground-breaking but clued well and fun. There is one puzzle that suffered from a bit of poor English translation which made that puzzle a little tough and frustrating...but the rest of the room is worth it for that hiccup.

Very fun room! The staff, the theming of the lobby / room, and the lighting effects were all great. I didn't quite understand the storyline though.

I love the waiting area, the staff and the games. I felt like all the actor interactions throughout our visit were respectful, playful, & fitting. The little details added up to make me feel care-free and at home. Opus Memori was my favorite game at Ezkapaz. :)

Accueil remarquable! Jeu du comédien 12/10! Décor immersif. On a beaucoup aimé cette salle. Seul bémol: si vous avez fait l’ancienne salle « Opus Luminum », vous allez y retrouver des énigmes qui ne vous sembleront pas étrangères.

A fabulous immersion experience from the very beginning! This wasn't like any escape room I've ever been to in that the actors are in character the entire game, you interact with nearly the entire building, and it feels like the building is truly interesting back. This was a fabulous game for 2 enthusiasts.
