The escape room was in a location that is a little hard to find. The game master was really nice and accommodating. Puzzles were about medium difficulty with the main challenge being all the small details in the room. The lighting made the experience a little difficult but it definitely added to the overall experience. The puzzles and locks were very traditional and the room itself isn’t very high tech. The main problem was the booking experience since they don’t have a website to book and you need to call them directly to book and confirm whether or not a given time slot is even open.
Gameplay
Gameplay was relatively fun but did not offer a lot of new experiences one might encounter if they have done escape rooms before.
Atmosphere
The set design and props definitely fit the theme very well.
Customer service
The game master was extremely welcoming and kind.
