There’s not a lot of medieval themed rooms and we were excited to check this one out. We definitely had the “Wow” factor when we first stepped into the room; a dramatic change after being led through a labyrinth of black walls to arrive at our destination. The production quality was good. You won’t find office ceilings in this room. Some props seemed worn out but didn’t affect the gameplay; it worked for the aesthetic. The audio could be turned up a bit, especially when you hear important dialogue. Shi was our super friendly game host; her energy was next level! The room was pretty straight forward but challenging at the same time. We struggled to find what opened when a puzzle was solved. Don’t overlook the small details! Our vision was tested several times. Don’t miss out on this room!

I really enjoyed this room! The puzzles were fairly unique, and the hidden surprise was actually unexpected in this room! No spoilers though 😉 I love the theming and set to this room as well. There are a few pretty tricky tactile puzzles in this one, so make sure at least a few of the people you bring are good at those things!

Puzzles weren't super hard to figure out, no jump in logic, but a few were tricky to execute.

A good mix, but more towards the tech side.

A few puzzles require quite a few people to complete, but wouldn't want too many either.

Fun gameplay, very cool aesthetic! Not too hard, but definitely still a challenge— did it with 3 people. Only struggled for a while with one puzzle, the rest wasn’t too bad to figure out.

The room was well designed and sorta high tech I been to many rooms with my usual group and we were tired of the lock heavy games so this was really exciting for us

Good in concept, average in execution. It has so much potential as a solid room but some of the puzzles were ridiculous. I like tough puzzles, but when you get stuck and need a hint and even then the puzzle seems strange, that’s bad design.

Gameplay

I like tough puzzles, but some of these were absurd and lacked logic. I hate when we’re told, “yeah everyone needs help with that.” Then it’s a bad design.

This room was definitely cute and had some nice elements to it. We just can’t stand rooms that use “pure luck” puzzles. They claim you don’t need outside knowledge, but you really do. We actually had to bypass this puzzle which shows you it’s not a good puzzle to use and can easily frustrate anyone. Once you get past that part, the room flows better.

Wasn’t a big fan of this room. I’m not into the show that it’s based around, and that could be a contributing factor to it. The puzzles were decent, but there were times that we could tell that the GM had to manually trigger the next event because something was off. Additionally, there was a crudely 3D printed item used in the game that I wasn’t a fan of. Felt like they just wanted to put it in there. It’s not a bad room, I just didn’t enjoy it
