The room was poorly kept and easy to replace prompts were worn down to the point you could barely read important information and several important items were damaged to the point it conflicts with what you need to do.
Props heavily worn and/or damaged heavily to the point of important information being near unusable and lack of cues to indicate something changed.

Super out of date. Didnβt know if I was supposed to be enjoying anything honestly! Nothing really made sense either. Feels like this was built a decade ago or more.

Iβm pretty split. This is a room with great theming, unique gameplay elements, and some neat progression sequences. Puzzles range between easy/normal to ridiculously difficult and hare-brained solutions. With some refinement, and repair + cleanup of the set and mechanical elements, this room could be a lot better and I could confidently recommend it.
Incredibly split on this. There are some really cool gameplay elements that were very unique and surprisingly immersive. However, the flow of the room is pretty rough and lacks a lot of cohesion for the puzzles. Some of the puzzles are needlessly complex and when solved, doesnβt feel earned imoβ¦more like you got lucky with your guess. This is exacerbated by several visual element needing a repaint + rework because it hadnβt gotten TLC in a while. If this room received A.) a refurb B.) a slight rework, this would be a much more definitive yes.

Again, room theming was pretty good, and I enjoyed several of the elements of progression. Nothing was super out of the norm, but was fine

Hard to tell if difficulty is due to good puzzles, or poor design. Imo, the latter. Several puzzles were logically stringed together and requires 4 + elements in the room to come up with solutions. This wouldnβt be so bad, except that several prop pieces were not well maintained, along with mechanical opening elements that did not indicate they were unlocked (not visually obvious either). On the other hand, some were pretty clever, but need some TLC to make even better

This was my favorite room out of all the escape rooms this place has to offer. It was very difficult but thinking back on it, the puzzles made sense and fit into the story perfectly. The atmosphere in this room was so fun and cute! I had a great time.

It was more themed than the perfect heist I did, they modeled it after a Colombian hotel and fun fact, the hotel brochure they modeled it after is in the room too (Easter egg). The puzzles are challenging, there is a lot to do so you really need to move. It was just rough around the edges and needed some improvements so I hope they did some renovations to the puzzles
Kind of. Thatβs where Iβm mixed about it. I feel like it sort of did but I didnβt understand the theme of what we were in and why we were solving what we solved. A lot of it was confusing or things didnβt make sense like you think it would. We solved a lot of the puzzles and asked for clues, but the flow didnβt makes sense to us.
It was themed, I chose the thumbs up button for the ending moreso than the beginning. we didnβt understand the beginning.
Great staff. There were some lengthy delays in getting hints and a couple of things didnβt work too well so we lost a lot of time.

The gun shooting, there was part of the instructions warn off on the game which made it hard to read, and identifying colors was very tough at certain points and slowed us down a lot
