Sleepy Hollow

Really cute room. The owners did a great job building this room. It wasn’t super hard, but we did need a few nudges to get going in some places. I would recommend checking this place out if you come to the area. I love a well built homemade escape room. The owners are definitely enthusiasts.

This room was amazing! The clues were inventive and story based and I loved it. The are and physical aspects of the room were phenomenal. The staff was warm and welcoming and we even got to chat with the owner who is super sweet. Highly recommended this room to anyone who likes spooky but not scary.

Hidden Gems lives up to its name. We highly recommend it!

This was such a fun escape room! And it was perfect for just 2 people. The hosts were absolutely amazing as well. We will certainly be returning to Hidden Gems to play more rooms!

I went with my crew of four. The puzzles were very fair although we had to ask for some clues. Tips: Don't think too deep into it. Avoid tunnel vision.

This is a well-designed room with fun simple puzzles. It is on the easier side but my group still found it fun and challenging enough. It’s great for a group of mixed ability/experience or with children! There are flashing lights in the first room that are for aesthetic purposes (not a clue or integral to the room). They offered the group the choice to turn them off or keep them on without flashing prior to entry. Group size: 3

Admittedly, I’m going to be a little biased since Sleepy Hollow is my favorite Halloween movie. That said, this is a really solid escape room. This was a love letter to the movie with a few nods from the book thrown in. The set designs were spot-on capturing the vibe & feel of the town circa 1790's and the puzzles (nicely themed also) were pretty intuitive with a nice flow. The final puzzle aligned with the movie perfectly. It's not their best room, but still worth doing. Come for Elixir, stay for Sprinkleton's & throw this one in for the whole set!

This was a fantastic escape room. It was not particularly difficult for people who have done several escape rooms, but the design was solid. They really captured the atmosphere of Sleepy Hollow well!

Wow! What a great experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, from the custom-built set and puzzles to the hand-painted scenery and props. The puzzles were inventive and the right amount of challenging. There were a few spooky moments too which worked really well with the theme of the room. The owners were super nice when booking, and were happy to talk to us afterwards about our favorite elements of the room, also answering all our questions about the room's construction once we were done. She also told us about their other rooms and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!
