I may be biased (because I proposed to my now wife in this room) but this is one of my all-time favorite rooms. The theming is incredible and the puzzles are very engaging. This room has been around for a while now, and is certainly not as automated as others I have done, but it does not feel outdated at all.

The room itself was beautiful, the first room was extremely difficult to see which made solving the first handful of puzzles nearly impossible. Going into the second room was rough, for example there is a magnet based key puzzle where the magnet isn’t strong enough to even hold the key, causing enough frustration to kill a man. Our gm then gave us a “clue” that blamed our communication skills, when we were fine with communicating. Our problem was the magnet couldn’t hold the damn key. Leading off of that we eventually get to a pipette puzzle, which requires you to be exact with your measurements, which in itself is totally cool; except that our pipette was broken and it wouldn’t even pick up the liquid.  You very well might be thinking “Why didn’t you ask your gm?” WE DID. MULTIPLE TIMES. both during the game and after. When saying it to her face she shrugged and said “Well too late now.”
Now my husband and I are usually extremely understanding with escape rooms since we are both employed at one and understand both sides of the discussion; but for both of us to be visibly frustrated with the situation we found ourselves in just for the gm to show us a part we missed (WHICH WAS AN UNNECESSARY PIECE MIND YOU, this vile needed to be empty, but apparently we still had to find it) and she then made a joke about “yeah everyone misses that. but you have 5 eggs so obviously you need 5.” 
As we left the room, we were urgently wanting to leave just due to frustrations and our gm then STOPPED us to promote buying 20 more minutes, when we declined she proceeded to promote games, other locations, and other things that had no relation to our room whatsoever.

This game gets a dislike for one major reason, several puzzles I feel like were designed to make us fail. The first puzzle I had an issue with was a key maze puzzle, where one player magnetized a key and another player gives directions. My partner and I communicated well, but the magnet for the puzzle isn't strong enough to hold the key, causing it to constantly drop. The game master then told us how to communicate better, but that wasnt the issue! They use a weak magnet to purposely make the puzzle harder.
The second puzzle was a math puzzle,   this puzzle was a custom format or just wrong because my partner is extraordinary at math and demolitions math problems in escape  rooms. The game master put the same clue on our screen several times which became frustrating.
The third puzzle I had a problem with was a chemistry puzzle using vials and pipettes. We missed one vial and when our game master came in at the end she saw that we were missing one to her surprise, but she instantly knew which one we missed and acknowledged that most people miss it. If a majority of customers miss something, you should make it easier to find. Also, one of our pipettes were broken, it was completely unable to suction the liquid, meaning we had to use more time causing us to lose.
This game could have been better if they put more effort in and used a better magnet, correct math, and a pipette that worked.
I wont be coming back to this place.

Room was decent. Some of the techy stuff was finnicky which made the experience worse but sometimes that happens with tech and it is what it is. Reveal of the last room was pretty cool and unexpected. Owners/employees are awesome.
