Hmm, it was ok. I think, perhaps back in the day, it would have been better. I second the previous reviewer in that the game has seen better days. The wear and tear is visible and needs an upgrade if it would be continued to be promoted. One of the rooms was warm and I we did played in the evening (can't imagine what it would be like during the day). And, our crew was scrambling to figure out the next puzzle to get our member out of that sauna. Unfortunately the puzzle to get them out was pretty scuffed and illegible. We managed to finish the game witb 25 min to spare. As I'm typing this, I also realized we weren't offered a picture. Every escape room we did to-date had offered us a photo...just found it odd as I'm typing this.

Gameplay

Flow was fine, not the greatest room we played though.

Atmosphere

Was alright.

Short version is, the game itself was fun and I enjoyed the puzzles (mostly physical based which is a fun change!) but it’s seriously neglected and my group’s experience was overall disappointing. First off, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME ON A HOT DAY. It was in the 90s when we went, nothing too crazy just a usual hot summer day, and the lobby area felt fine but the room itself was a SAUNA. One particular portion of the room which I can’t mention specifically without spoilers was beyond unbearable and my teammate was pouring sweat while in that area to the point we were scrambling to move the game along to get out of the heat. I almost never complain to employees but it was so bad I mentioned that the room was too hot to our game master after, and I was met with absolutely no response or acknowledgement. Second, the game is showing major wear and tear. One puzzle has paint that is just straight up so physically chipped/worn down it was illegible and, even though I knew what I was supposed to do in theory, I had to just manipulate it randomly. Also a bunch of little details in the room are looking worn down enough that one object I actually was supposed to do something to, I stopped interacting with because I just thought it was more room degradation and didn’t want to break it further. Perhaps worst of all, the sound system for the game master was all garbled sounding so we kept having to ask him to repeat the things he said and strain to try to hear him. Finally, the service at 60out was the worst I’ve experienced after around 10 different escape room companies. I don’t blame the game master himself but the management, because they are clearly not invested in providing a personal experience for their guests. The game master said almost nothing to us after we escaped, didn’t even tell us how much time we had left or offer to answer any questions about the room, and there was no opportunity to take a group photo. That wouldn’t have been a make or break for me normally, but after the heat and the condition of the room it left a bad taste in my mouth about the lack of care in this company.

Echoing what some people have said. Strong start. But we were able to open doors and things we weren't supposed to open yet. After doing that twice, I didn't want to touch anything. I didn't feel satisfied for escaping at the end of it. :(

This was a super unique room, but wayyyyy too easy for us. We got out in 30 minutes. The puzzles were older and there weren’t very many of them. It had a really strong start, but the ending was anticlimactic. Also it wasn’t reset properly and we opened a door that wasn’t meant to be open right away. There were some memorable moments though, and those in my group who haven’t played as many rooms liked it more than I did, so good for beginners!

This was so much fun! Noel was a great GM, and the puzzles were really wacky and fun. Loved how we started out, and some definite OMG moments. Not for the claustrophobic, but we all loved it. Our team of four had a blast!

Great game! Very unique opening. Some puzzles were a little worn out and difficult and there was a moment where the recording was so loud it was hard to hear my boyfriend giving me clues. Sometimes hard to tell what to do next. But overall it was super fun!
