Haunted Mansion

I legit, think everyone is a little harsh with these reviews. The trial & error side of things made me not hit the "Love" option. A few puzzles that were annoying were outweighed by the overall ambiance. When I enjoy a room, I immerse myself heavily in the atmosphere. With everyone writting these reviews, they have forgotten what the real reason behind escape rooms are. To see it all. 6/10 in terms of execution for some of the puzzles. 2 of them, were a little far-fetched, but not absolutely atrocious. The overall presence in the room was really well played out. We took the reviews of this room & made sure to not let it affect our experience. It was overall a 7/10. Personally speaking, this is a prime example of what happens with rooms. They focus so much on the immersion, they kind of forget the puzzles. The reviews here do NOT reflect the actual playability of this room. My GF & I escaped in just over an hour, mainly due to the fact I was actually pretty spooked. I dont normally write reviews, but I feel as though these are being far to harsh in terms of the overall execution.

Atmosphere was fine (like a classic haunted house) and hosts were great. The puzzles were really rough. They were either repetitive or required trial and error with no cluing on how to arrange your solution or which numbers to pick. Space is awkward for large groups, I’d recommend go with smaller groups

Easy. Only a few puzzles. We were out in less than 15 minutes. No challenge at all.

Not scary, just some jump scares. Each room is small, with 1-2 puzzles, but the types are too limited, repeating the same puzzles in each room. We’re a group of four. There isn't much to do in each room, and some items are purely decorative, which feels like a waste of space. For immersion, there are just slight changes in lighting and repetitive background music throughout. Good for non-native English speakers: no text, all graphics.

Absolutely terrible everything did not make sense, puzzles did not make any sense and the GM had a terrible attitude; rolling her eyes at us. Do not go to this place
