Temporarily Closed - Haunted House. Hidden away from the world is a long-forgotten machine shop. Evil pervades this space – an evil with one mind but with many bodies. Will you survive or will you become just another cog in the machine? What to Expect: Walk a one-way path through this high-startle, high-intensity haunted house. Encounter menacing shop workers, eager for you to join their crew. Jump scares, intense imagery, and effects like strobe lights, fog machines, and loud noises.

General Admission includes entry to the festival and all attractions and areas EXCEPT for The Speakeasy at Al Capone's Cell and the Hospital Flashlight Tour. If you have a health concern, please consult your doctor before attending Halloween Nights. Our haunted houses are high startle environments, featuring strobe lights, fog machines, and loud noises and are not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, prone to seizures, or who have certain health conditions. All Halloween Nights attractions, including our five haunted houses, can be bypassed easily. Many visitors who use mobility aids, including both manual and power wheelchairs, visit Halloween Nights every year. That said, the penitentiary complex is not fully ADA compliant due to its historic nature. The building is nearly 200 years old, and is a National Historic Landmark. Sections of it may never be fully accessible.
