The Abandoned Cabin

Loved this room!! It was a very thoughtfully designed room with a great blend of challenging and varied puzzles that flowed in a logical manner. I will 100% be coming back to play some more of their rooms. Shoutout to our amazing GM Anna who was so so lovely to chat with at the end, and is clearly someone with a genuine passion for the industry.

Excellent theming with a good difficulty for the puzzles. Immersion would have been better with a blindfold start, but once inside it has a creepy atmosphere that suits the style. This is one of those rooms where clues are forced upon you without being asked, which does keep you on track to finish the room in time but reduces the level of challenge. Staff were excellent and very supportive.

Great room! Very creepy and spooky vibes with only 1 major jumpscare. Great atmosphere and room design (as AdventureRooms often does). Would definitely recommend for intermediate to advanced players.

The theming in this escape room was excellent and the puzzles were interesting and intuitive. Although the story and purpose started to fade away towards the end.

Another fantastic Adventure Rooms experience. Impressive props and scares, without being too frightening for the kids. Some interesting puzzle ideas we had not seen before that fit with the theme and flow. Not as difficult as Mafia but perfect for players who enjoy a creepy atmosphere.

This whole room is very well put together as are the other rooms in this Adventure rooms Venue. My Partner and I are not big horror buffs and get spooked easily. This room whilst definitely having a spooky vibe was still extremely enjoyable for the two of us. High Production value and Great Attention to Detail across the whole story with a very well flowing narrative As all their other rooms, could not recommend this one enough. Team were lovely to chat too, great to bond over other escape rooms as they're also big enthusiasts.

Love it! A great spooky room for non-horror fan like me. Crazy atmosphere where you get immersed in a creepy vibe with a bit of jumpscares. Puzzles are fun and innovative with a great mix of technology and traditional locks. Didn’t fail to surprise every time I went into a new area. The set design is awesome which adds to the immersiveness. Overall, a very well thought out room made by someone with a genuine passion for escape rooms. A must go in Melbourne CBD.

One of my favourite escape rooms in Melbourne! The puzzles were smart and fun to solve. Everything made sense and it ticked all the boxes for me. Enjoyed the transition between rooms. Some people might find parts scary but I love that in an escape room.
