15 escape rooms
One puzzle completely broken (and very obviously never playtested after being swapped in for a previous puzzle). One prop broken in a way that kept us from finishing. Still another puzzle that just required mind reading, as far as we could tell. An unusual number of red herrings in the environment, which was league average for an escape room set. A couple puzzles were creative, but not enough to redeem the overall experience.

Was anything broken?
Yes
The operator was generally engaged in dealing with broken elements and did his best to compensate us for lost time. He wasn't able to explain how puzzles were supposed to work, only what the answer was supposed to be.

People with mobility issues may struggle with some tight quarters and one step. One puzzle involves colors; I'm color-blind but had no trouble.
