Puzzles were mostly good for a lower budget. Not everything worked as intended but there were some unique takes on puzzles I have not seen before. The staff were not great and had very sleepy attitudes. No customer skills.

Room decoration was great. There was no sound or music in the room. Front lobby was dirty and falling apart.
Customer service
Front lobby hostess had a bad attitude that was unwelcoming and rude. Was vaping outside the front of the building.
