This was our second trip to Expired Time. Our first experience as ‘meh’ in about every aspect (room, staff, enthusiasm, experience). This time however was an improvement in very aspect. We did Dracula’s Lair and were pleasantly surprised (that first visit certainly lowered expectations). Our GM, Fern, welcomed us and was very cordial and polite. The room itself seems to flow nicely and everything worked well for us. It was a true team effort as group of 5 all worked together to solve puzzles and find items in the room. We really enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning. NOTE-if you are looking to do this room…HURRY, as it is scheduled to be shut down and I presume changed to another experience on Nov 3rd

Customer service
This was our 2nd visit to Expired Time and I’ll say our experience was much better than the first. Our GM was Fern, and she is cordial and inviting.
