Unfortunately, the worst experience I have had with an Escape Room. The puzzle construction and theming didn't make a lot of sense. Multiple times the game monitor had to come into the room to fix a puzzle that wasn't working as intended. At one point we began asking for a hint and didn't get a response from the monitor for almost 20 minutes. Honestly felt more like a kid's superhero birthday party than a themed room.
Gameplay
Puzzles were random and disconnected to the theme of the room.
Atmosphere
Props were a jumble of Marvel and DC super hero toys.
Customer service
The game monitor could not be reached for almost 20 minutes when we had an issue with a broken puzzle, and ultimately had to come into the room to fix it since "it doesn't work sometimes"
