I would not recommend this room to anyone. At first glance it looked promising, but as soon as the puzzles started that promise went away. Previous players had busted some set pieces (I understand why) and it hadn't been cleaned up over the weekend. There was very little flow between puzzles or reason for which clues went to which lock (a coffee price being used to open a lock on a coke bottle). Overall, it was frustrating, there were more red herrings than actual clues and puzzles. There were also two ciphers that used overlapping symbols and some symbols that were just rotated 90 degrees (which made decoding the cipher nearly impossible for a number of reasons). Also, the final lock was digital and locked you out if you input the wrong code too many times, this was inevitable, you were going to input the wrong code.
About 75% of the puzzles involved a black light flashlight but there was only one flashlight and no means to write down notes so we were all forced to look over each other's shoulders as one person shined the light on various objects.
At a quick glance it looked really nice. You were a member of the mafia trying to break into a diner's safe, the room was moody and captured the feel of an old time diner. But that's about it, it was nice to look at but absolutely got in the way of the puzzles because it was too dark to comfortably see the locks or clues.
The staff was super nice and the one shining light in this experience.

The room was horribly busted. We walked in and one of the diner seats and tables was collapsed from the week before, there were broken tiles from the floor that we were told to just ignore because they were not part of the room (this was made worse because there was a broken wall tile that was VITAL to starting the room but we completely ignored because we were told to ignore the other broken pieces). Some of the locks were almost unusable because of how worn down the letters were and the lighting was awful which made it even more difficult to read the locks.

While this room offered promised when we walked in (due to a neat looking set), the game play proved quite disappointing with very limited puzzles to solve.
