Not enough puzzles and one puzzle, despite knowing what we needed to do, didn’t work well causing us to waste a lot of our time. There was no specific ending, so we were unclear when we had finished. The room looked ok, but we were disappointed in general.

I enjoyed the theme of the game. I think there could have been more puzzles to pass the time easier. Also, less interference from the GM would have contributed better to the atmosphere they were trying for. Overall good concept, but in practice not so great.
Gameplay
It flowed well, except the puzzles were too short and we completed it too quickly.
Atmosphere
It felt like I was actually in prison!
Customer service
The GM overheard our conversations during the game and offered advice /hints despite us not asking for them. I would have liked more time to figure things out on our own without the GM interrupting the game.

The GM kept offering hints despite us not asking for them, which killed the atmosphere of the game. Could be from being a new place and inexperienced GM.
