Chocolate Factory

Incredibly immersive and fun room and great hosting from Cerys. An escape room worthy of the OG Charlie and the Chocolate Factory film, a must play room in Nottingham

Really enjoyable room, lots of fun and is fully themed from the ceiling to the floor throughout! Most puzzles logical however we did need a few nudges in the right direction! Some very cool and different puzzles! We really enjoyed the room and had so much fun! Sadly we encountered a number of tech/stray item problems: one of the puzzles in the final room had already “completed itself” so the pieces were already on the floor below which meant wasting time trying to complete the puzzle for nothing to happen. Magnetic releases in the final room were very temperamental also, having tried to open them the host gave us a hint to try again and we found varying degrees of success. Finally the biggest issue was the appearance of extra pieces during the final puzzle, some maths is involved to calculate the final combination which was way off due to the presence of the extra pieces! Overall we still had fun and will be back to try the other rooms, however it seemed like a lot of issues happened throughout our game!

Love Love Love this escape room. It perfectly combined the fun and interactiveness of the good escape rooms out there with the joy and wonder every child felt after first seeing the candy forest scene in the Gene Wilder movie. This room would be absolutely perfect for kids, it even had us grumpy old farts giddy with excitement throughout.

A “must-do” game. It’s hard not to spoil it. Just go do it yourself!

Absolutely loved it! First public team to take it on (a first for us). Think this is our new favourite. If you like the more physical rooms then you definitely need to do this one.
