What an absolute turd. Ironically named malfunction because 2 of the mechs didn’t work and costs us completion. You’re locked in a huge room with no real theme and the clues literally bolted to the walls. It’s your below standard “solve a box for a key to the next box” room with little in the way of thematic tasks. Two pieces of tech didn’t work properly which burned over 30 minutes combined and even clues from the game master didn’t help. They turned off the clock, came into the room, showed us how we were supposed to solve it, and it still didn’t work. Two tasks left in the room after that task broke us. What clown designed this piece of crap? Malfunction indeed. Worst room I’ve ever done and only room my A team couldn’t beat. Joke.
