An extension of the films “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” and the original “Jumanji,” this 4 – 8 player experience begins with you sneaking into your friend's room, but he doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon, so you start snooping around a bit. After uncovering a series of puzzles you get sucked into the world of JUMANJI and need to do whatever it takes to survive this new, wild world you’ve discovered.

Alice in Wonderland: Alice is on trial for crimes she didn't commit. We had to rush in and find the evidence to prevent an unfair conviction. Jumanji: Sucked into the game world of Jumanji, we had to find a way to survive and return to reality. Dracula: Vampires beware, the slayers have arrived. We practiced our best Buffy, Xander, and Willow impressions, and prepared to vanquish some revenants. Pros: We can definitely confirm that after playing three games at their Melrose location, 60Out lives up to its reputation as the best of the best in Southern California. First, we'd like to thank our gamemasters, Leslie and Noah, who were consistently enthusiastic and helpful through every game. Our experience was that much better thanks to them. Second, we'd like to thank 60 out for their private room policy. We truly appreciate playing by ourselves (no random strangers). This appears to be an increasingly rare practice and we definitely appreciate it so much more now. As we have come to expect from 60Out, the set design in all the rooms (especially Jumanji) was totally immersive. From the dark cemetery of Dracula to the jungles of Jumanji, we found ourselves completely engrossed in the storylines. Our favorite, with regard to puzzles, was Alice in Wonderland. Although we felt like the Mad Hatter at times scratching our head in an effort to deduce the meaning of each hint we uncovered, we found the odd challenges exceptionally satisfying. Jumanji was hands down awesome. From set-design to storyline to puzzles, this is a must-do experience. Seriously, get over there and play it now! Cons: Fingers-crossed that the tech holds-up after multiple players. These games our top-notch but we worry about their ability to handle the wear and tear of time. We struggled quite a bit on the puzzles in the Dracula game and felt that they could be slightly modified to improve the player experience. We failed to finish with about 60% of the game left to solve. This definitely lowered our success rate. We are chalking this one up to complicated puzzles. We enjoyed it nevertheless and definitely recommend you play Dracula. Bring a group of 4-6 though. The more brains the better in defeating the tricky revenants. We cannot offer enough praise to 60Out. Seriously they just keep rockin' it!

After you get sucked into the game, the novelty mostly wears off. Gameplay a little clunky compared to what I expect from 60 Out.

This was a really fun room with a great theme. It is based off of the newer Jumanji movies, so you might enjoy (re)watching those before you do this room. The set design in the room was great and the puzzles were fun. Nothing too crazy difficult, but lots to solve. I’d recommend it for the fun theming and well made set.
This game had more of a story throughout than most rooms do. I enjoyed that aspect.

A wheelchair would not be able to move between the rooms, but otherwise it seems pretty accessible.

Got to say this room was really cool, we whizzed through the first room and got to the main part of the room and there is so much to do. I truly like that each character has their own thing to do and special ability based on the character that was chosen. There is so much to do and so detailed really can’t say more than you should do this room.

Only street parking but it’s la so 🤷

Super fun experience !! Jumanji was very immersive and the role you play is very well incorporated into the escape room. Quincy was a very good game master and got us to come back tomorrow for another escape room !! Definitely recommend

We were so excited to start this room. We didn't know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised with how great it was. West, our GM, made sure that we stayed on track with nudges. It was an amazing game and experience.
It flowed great. It took all the elements of the game to help it flow.
It made you feel like you were in the actual game.
Our GM West was amazing. We felt well taken care. We didn't need any clues but we were given nudges to make sure we stayed on track.

We had such a great time in this room! West, our game master, was amazing, and really helpful. The puzzles were unique, and we had several puzzles that only one of us could solve with the skills of our game characters!

This room is so fun in both theme and puzzles! Some of the puzzles are potentially too high tech; we'd solve a puzzle but an item wasn't perfectly centered. Fortunately, our game master did let us know right away, so we didn't waste time trying to figure that out! Super fun, highly recommend.

I guess I was there on an off night. This was the only truly bad escape room experience I’ve ever had. Half the puzzles were broken. Our game master just kept telling us “keep jiggling it” or “that’s right, just try it again” We wasted so much time on broken puzzles until the game master finally let us bypass them since the correct solutions weren’t mechanically registering. This happened on five different puzzles. When we tried to complain we were told it was just us and there was nothing wrong with the room. No apology, no refund, just very rude accusations of us not doing the puzzles right despite obvious proof of that not being true. I will never go back to this location.

Would have been great if it wasn’t all broken.
Rude and unhelpful staff refused to take accountability for broken puzzles.
Medium
The puzzles solutions were easy to medium difficulty, but getting the room to register the correct solutions was extremely difficult. We had to take things out and put them back in over and over, jiggling and re-adjusting until it finally accepted the answer or the game master override the mechanics.

The decor of this room slapped!! Super detailed and the puzzles were well integrated. I liked how the story played out and adored all the different roles the players have! That said, the puzzles were pretty easy- a handful of them felt more like busy work? Also there were “do not touch” signs that felt kinda out-of-place. Would be a perfect family room! But if you’ve done a bunch of rooms and want a challenge, I’d look elsewhere. Our GM Jordan was fabulous, super sweet and fun to chat with. He def made the experience better.
