Decent theme, unfortunately lackluster gameplay
Gameplay
Many puzzles were unintuitive or required physical execution which could be difficult to execute even knowing the solutions; one puzzle element was literally impossible for my team, even though we understood the execution; it was extremely dark, which made it difficult to see certain elements; and it was very cramped even with just 2 people
Atmosphere
The atmosphere was good, but many of the puzzles felt out of place and the narrative progression between rooms was disjoint.
Customer service
The lady working the game was very nice and helpful, but it was clear she was overloaded

We had to wait ~15 minutes after our appointment because a puzzle element was broken, they were able to replace it, although the replacement didn’t fit in with the set, and some information required the original element, which made the cramping issue worse

Many puzzles require vision, and glasses caused problems. The space is cramped so mobility would be an issue. There were auditory elements, so hearing would be an issue as well.
