The Secrets of the Toymaker

Lovely room and lovely staff! We had been missing a tool for one of the puzzles, they came in quickly and gave us one, i figured someone must’ve stolen it maybe or they forgot to put it back in but overall they handled it well and apologized! they also gave us a few extra minutes for the inconvenience on top of stopping our time so we could get the tool! Highly recommend for anyone that likes a spooky themed room!

Very friendly and helpful staff and neat room with awesome theming and some fun puzzles. A bit challenging for those with poor reading/low-light eyesight, which detracted from the overall experience, but would definitely try their other rooms but bring my reading glasses and eschew the no flashlights rule for those metallic tumbler locks.

Too many extra items made it confusing at times to know what was for atmosphere and what was part of a puzzle. Overall, the room lives up to its description and feels immersive.
