The Secrets of the Toymaker

Lovely room and lovely staff! We had been missing a tool for one of the puzzles, they came in quickly and gave us one, i figured someone must’ve stolen it maybe or they forgot to put it back in but overall they handled it well and apologized! they also gave us a few extra minutes for the inconvenience on top of stopping our time so we could get the tool! Highly recommend for anyone that likes a spooky themed room!

What a delightful creepy room! My husband and I were visiting Maine and decided to try a local escape room. The staff was charming and delightful and whisked us into our room as soon as we arrived. The set was done to perfection and I was honestly a little disturbed by some of the little touches. The puzzles were all themed to go along with the story and admittedly had us struggling at points. I will warn you not to make the mistake we did. When you come across the jar of teeth don't try to open it. If for some reason you do open it please make sure you don't spill the teeth all over the floor. The whole experience was top notch and I will be back to try their newest room.

Very friendly and helpful staff and neat room with awesome theming and some fun puzzles. A bit challenging for those with poor reading/low-light eyesight, which detracted from the overall experience, but would definitely try their other rooms but bring my reading glasses and eschew the no flashlights rule for those metallic tumbler locks.

Too many extra items made it confusing at times to know what was for atmosphere and what was part of a puzzle. Overall, the room lives up to its description and feels immersive.
