Rave Escape

Having done one other horror room, this one actually succeeded in being more creepy than the other. Definitely a lot of fun. Unfortunately the group before us was a little too rough and broke one of the puzzles before we got there.

I had a fun time but the whole Rave theme kinda falls off after the second room and I kinda wish they leaned in more with the rave theme and change the hint system. i had to wait like 5+ minutes to get a hint after asking for one. the scare actor was cool tho

We were welcomed by a staff member who had a flat affect and flat tone of voice. She read the introduction to the escape room from a piece of paper and then told us to go into the room and said our time starts now. The first room was great with rave music and then after that the rave theme vanished which was upsetting considering the theme of the escape room is a RAVE. The live actor was also underwhelming and didn’t make sense with the theme. When asking for assistance, the game master failed to provide help that made sense, showing the lack of attention to our progress.

I wanted to like this one, the unique theme and solid start was fun, but I feel the ending fell a bit short. It felt like the scares were unnecessary and if it had continued the rave theme with music and lights it would have been better. Some of the puzzles felt out of place, and the use of space in places felt wasted. Fun hint system though!

We went in as a group of two. Nice story and the actor did a fantastic job. The actor and atmosphere made the puzzles harder to solve, one of us was watching our back all the time lol. Both of us feel the puzzles were a bit off (too little, and easy). The room would be really great if they put down more interesting puzzles to let everyone at least have something to do. Highly recommend to bring small group to this room to have a better experience. Our gm was really nice too.

Honestly my first and maybe last spooky one with actors 🤣 but overall it was really scary to the point that I was shaking from fear. If you want a scary one, this one for sure is going to get your blood going. Overall, the staff is awesome. Johnny and Kordell were so sweet and they’re the nicest!! Definitely a must go!

I thought the puzzles were really fun, nothing too hard but a nice challenge. The jump scares aren’t overwhelming, but the creepy atmosphere really sets the tone. I had so much fun playing with my friends.
