Rating: 3.5/5 - Enjoyable, high tech room with a quality set. I played all 3 rooms back to back so this review applies to all 3, I'll explain the room differences at the end. Pros: ➕Since it's made by a movie studio, the set set was very high quality and immersive. ➕Puzzles were fun, though on the easier side. ➕Room had lots of tech, but everything was still very tactile. Only a couple locks at the most but the ones that they had fit the theme. ➕All the props fit the theme. ➕You do not need to be familiar with the Uncharted universe to enjoy this but you'll like it more if you are. ➕GMs were helpful and responsive when needed. Cons: ➖Would better if the rooms were longer and weren't just a single room. ➖Public bookings can be hit or miss when playing with strangers. I had fun in all 3 rooms, I don't really have a favorite. The Galleon: Fully non-linear, better if you have a bigger group. There's no progression to the room though, you just solve as many puzzles as you can to find 18 bags of gold. The game just ends when the time is up or you find them all. It was also a bit too dark in there and the pirate set felt a bit too generic. I'd recommend 4 or more players. The Church: Partially non-linear, I like this set and it felt like it came out of the Uncharted universe. I'd recommend 2-4 players. The Heist: The most linear, fun progression and definitely felt like a movie heist with a modern setting and props. I'd recommend 2-4 players.

Surprisingly high production values for this 30 minute room which was fun and engaging enough

A fun church-themed room based on the movie Uncharted! (and probably also the game series which I haven’t played) You only get 30 min but for most people who have done many escape rooms, it should be easy enough to finish with time to spare. There is audio voice acting, though certainly not from the stars of the movie. The puzzles are pretty good, and it was a nice surprise that there were barely any padlocks. The tie-in to the movie is a nice touch, but you definitely don’t need to have watched the movie to appreciate it. The room is within a bigger restaurant/bar/VR venue so it’s a great area to just hang out in! And to set expectations straight, you do not literally end up at a Papa John’s!
