Exeter has a long Magical history that traces back to the Great Dragon Dumnonia. This Dragon bestowed an Egg which in turn radiated magic to a select few who became blessed with powers of witchcraft and wizardry. The Isca Magica Concilium have overseen the Magical community of Exeter for centuries although persecution has seen them in hiding for fear of their safety. The magical egg, source of all of the magical power has now been stolen from the Sidwell Sanctum based in the corner of the Wyvern Wizarding Quarter and the power is slowly draining from all those who were gifted. The council has asked that your team attempt to recover the stolen egg to ensure that the magical energy is not lost from the city forever. Do you and your team have the skills and power to save the magic?

We came to Prodigy last year and did The Lost Temple, really love it so came back for this one. We’re a family of 4 with two boys, 9 & 11 who don’t like anything too scary. This was another great room and what was even better is how the staff welcome and look after you. Top class.

From the moment we entered the building we were pulled into this expensive! The atmosphere both before and during was excellent. We had such an amazing time. Truly felt like we could achieve it! Dan was such an amazing host and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Perfect flow in the story, pulling you into this world truly felt apart of it!
These props were amazing! And all the sound effects and added extras truly made this an all around game!
Dan was amazing, from the get go he was so welcoming, funny and all around made us feel so comfortable. Whether it was your first time or not he just ran with the vibe you created.

Another absolutely fantastic room from Prodigy Escapes & Experiences! The room flows really well, and it looks amazing! Really enjoyable, and unfortunately, that's the last room they have that we needed to complete :( but whenever they rebuild a room, we will definitely be back!

Two of us completed this linear escape room in good time, without feeling rushed at any stage. There were a good mix of puzzles, with lots of physical aspects and great props - the two of us coped fine with the challenges presented and concluded that too many people would be a hindrance and leave people without a task; 2-4 people in a team would be optimal. We enjoyed the story and touches of humour, and the animatronic and interactive elements were brilliant. Must give a shout-out to Ella who was our fabulous games master and gave us just the right amount of help. Thank you for a fab time!

The most entertaining room I’ve done by far. The atmosphere, set design, story and special effects were all exceptional. An amazing variety of puzzles, tons of references and some great jokes, we had an absolute blast, and I couldn’t recommend enough
Amazing variety of puzzles, flowed very nicely into each other and linked with the story
The best set design I’ve seen by a mile. Small rooms but every detail is brilliant quality and so many Easter eggs. The special effects will not be beaten as well
Amazing staff, very enthusiastic, and we spent 20 minutes after chatting about how the room was made and other escape rooms, couldn’t recommend enough
Great story, even some additional lore to find if you fancy
