Stunning room! Live actors always bring some extra excitement to a game. Beautiful details and fun puzzles, not too hard. A really impressive room from the second we entered the building. Worth visiting all the way from Finland.

The Heartless Pirate: The intro into this game (starting at the lobby) is maybe the best I’ve ever seen at any escape room company in the world. I am strictly speaking to the immersion factor. I have never seen anything like it. It allows you to COMPLETELY suspend your disbelief in a way no other set up can/has that I have seen (and the same goes for Metropolis). Phenomenal game flow. The puzzles were really good. The wow factors were remarkable. Better than metropolis imo, although I liked the theme in metropolis more. The attention to detail was unmatched. Fantastic game master.

Top room, very interactive and well thought out. Puzzles get increasingly challenging and engaging and i was fully bought in to the experience.

Ganz anders als der andere Raum. Wunderbar interaktiv. Das Dekor rundherum vom Boden bis zur Decke toll gemacht. Die Rätsel vielfältig. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Ein Muss für Enthusiasten.

Die Legende vom herzlosen Piraten war unglaublich gut! Das Team von Dream Labs hat da ein einmaliges Erlebnis geschaffen, das wir definitiv sogar nochmal wiederholen wollen, wenn wir zum Spielen des Creeper wiederkommen. Es war alles absolut stimmig und unser Gamemaster Ingo hat wirklich einen tollen Job gemacht!

We ventured into Heartless Pirate with great anticipation and expectations. At first I was skeptical and a little worried if the hype around this room was justified. And what can I say? Not only does the room look amazing, it is everything you would expect. Ingo's acting was on point and the puzzles fit the setting of the room like a glove. With a good pinch of humor and a little bit of horror, this is really worth a trip. Furthermore, the introduction to the game is something special and not to be missed. A clear recommendation for anyone who enjoys playing escape rooms and wants to add something special to their list. Thanks to the whole team at Dreamlabs. We will be back 😊

After hearing so many good things about this room, I was still highly skeptical. Not about the design - I was expecting that to be insanely amazing. But about the kind of escaperoom it would be. I'm not a fan of immersive rooms with too easy or no riddles at all. So believe me when I say - I was positively surprised about this room. The interactions with the actor were really funny and we loved playing along. The atmosphere was great, the music really fitting. The humor in this room was really top-notch. And most importantly - we had to solve lots of riddles. They weren't too hard, but they were fun and I utterly enjoyed them. The dreampod-thing before the escaperoom is something so simple, but also very new and I liked the idea of it a lot. In the end: I do understand the placement this room had in the TERPECA ranking and I loved playing it. Definitely recommended, even if you have never played Monkey Island before.

One of the best rooms in the world! Incredible sets, brilliant puzzles, a terrific story and a beautifully theatrical ending - this just has it all. And it's just the greatest theme.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit bei Dream Labs! Die gesamte Erfahrung war von Anfang bis Ende einfach großartig. Die Piratenwelt war unglaublich detailreich gestaltet, und die Rätsel waren abwechslungsreich und kreativ – genau die richtige Mischung aus Spaß und Herausforderung! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das Dream Labs-Team für die liebevolle Betreuung und die einzigartige Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie die spannende Geschichte uns dazu gebracht hat, als Team perfekt zusammenzuarbeiten, um den herzlosen Piraten zu besiegen. Es war ein echtes Abenteuer, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden! Dream Labs ist ein absolutes Muss für alle Escape-Room-Fans – wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Raum ist rundum perfekt. Das Erlebnis war mega! Gamemaster Ingo hat die Geschichte so gut rübergebracht. Es war super lustig und wir hatten richtig Spaß!
