Staff can make or break any experience and the staff here were all friendly and great. Rooms aside, the staff are what made this venue a good one.
Atmosphere
Again, a very basic room. Not to be compared to some of the elaborate rooms we all do.
Customer service
Staff were all kind, helpful, and fun. Some technical difficulties in the room but that’s not the game master’s fault. And he was super attentive and apologetic when trying to help.
Game tech
Mechanical
Not much tech. More of a “locks and keys” type room. Not for experienced gamers unless you can go into it knowing it’s a VERY basic room.
