This room is very meh. Almost non-existent set design, just lightly decorated office spaces. Many of the pieces are just plastic dollar store items. There are a couple of cool/unique puzzles in this room, but those were the only high points. No flow whatsoever, and no indication of what to do next. We just tried codes we found into as many locks as we could find. Especially at the $30/person price point, I do not recommend this room.
Gameplay
No story or plot stringing the puzzles together. No flow at all to know which puzzle is next and which codes went to which locks.
Atmosphere
Very minimal set design, and what was there was very tacky. Clearly plastic props, cheap decor, etc.
Customer service
Customer service was fine. GM didn’t really have much of a clue what was going on. Responded quickly to clue requests but didn’t really do much to present the clue well.
