Overall, a fun room. Not overly immersive but relatively simplistic. We were told that we couldn't request clues but that the game master would feed them to us if she saw that we were stuck. We felt that the clues came a little too quickly as evidenced by our finishing the room with 23+ minutes to spare. The clues were fun and straightforward. We enjoyed our experience enough that we are scheduled to return tomorrow to play the final two rooms.
Gameplay
The gameplay did flow well. We were pretty clear about what we were supposed to be looking for next. The clues were relatively straightforward with no curve balls.
Atmosphere
The items in the room were a bit simplistic (handwritten and worn). Everything was relatively basic.
Customer service
Our game master also warmly welcomed us and introduced the game to us. She was very pleasant, and enthusiastic about the games. She also provided some good feedback on other games in the area. The room didn't have the ability to request clues so she briefed us and then followed through that she would send clues as she saw that we needed them. Unfortunately, the clues were a little quick in coming as evidenced by our finishing with 23+ minutes remaining. If we slowed at all a clue showed up. We were the last customers of the night -- unknown if that had anything to do with our being moved along.

There was really only 1 piece of tech and we were briefed ahead of time that they were having difficulty making it operate at the correct time. It did not operate the was it was supposed to so we received a CLUE to tap the panel in question and that opened what was supposed to open. Needless to say that detracted from play a little. Otherwise, everything mechanical worked as expected.

Escape Manor is in a storefront in a downtown area. At the time of night we played it was easy to park but might be more difficult at different times of day.
