We had some major things go wrong in our experience that really dampened the overall experience. An early lock was not clearly marked, and had an obvious mark for alignment that was not actually the correct place to align!!! The GM had to come do it but we lost at least 5-8m. The solution was a bit… odd. We would not have gotten there with logic.

My 6yr old was very scared at one point by a loud surprise and the dark.

Cool rook with fun puzzles, however I'm still a little confused on the story of the room itself.

This is one of the better rooms I have done at zero hour at this location. The theming was good and it was super interactive The room kept me guessing

Really fun and funky puzzles! Liked the immersion, and creative problem solving. Really challenged our thinking, and surprised us a lot! To get the story, we read a synopsis off a plaque on the wall, which I wasn't a fan of- since I read the same thing online. Wish the pregame experience was as immersive as inside.
Got a little clunky at the end, but I don't know if that was our fault, or the game.

Played when it was changes in latitude before rebrand to Kraken the Case. Very immersive room with some twists. A few impressive moments of mechanical puzzles. Handicap accessible.

Looking for an escape to your nearest island paradise? Look no further than Kraken the Case. A laid back set design mixed with a surprisingly delightful degree of difficulty in puzzling. This room hosts one of my all time favorite puzzles that I still rave about regularly. The story did feel non linear at some points causing my group to get stuck trying to find our next task. With a 30% success rate I wasn't surprised when this room was my first DNF but I greatly enjoyed the style of puzzling and plan to return for redemption, along with the chance to check out their other games.
A really fun theme and build. The puzzles flowed well and there were a few really neat puzzles that I greatly appreciated.
Loved the theming and the special effects in this room. Really a great build in making you feel at home in a tiki style bar.
GM was fantastic! Even offered to let me run away before he spoilt what we didn't finish since my game mates wanted to know.

Large lot, easy to find spaces. Location is a commercial building so parking likely even easier on evenings and weekends.

Biggest negative was the staff, our game master really just seemed like they did not want us to be there. Awkward interactions, no attempt at debrief after the room, just kinda stood there silently and waited for us to leave. Room itself was decent, some cool effects and props were pretty well done. Puzzle flow a little confusing but overall the weirdness of the employee left us feeling disappointed.
